Ok just got back fro the gym and told my buddy that i decided to increase to 500 for 8 wks instead of the 10wk sust 250 cycle @250 ml per week . He said that he knows a guy (ya thats a little sketch) that did 250 per week for only 6 weeks and made really good gains. Is it possible to do 250 of sust for such a short time and make gains?
