More filtering questions

Ok with a flask or bottle top type of filter and hand pump setup, what kind of tubing do you all use?
I know (at least I think I do) that it cannot be "soft" tubing cuz it would collaps. So what do you use?
Am talking about the tubing to connect the hand pump to the filter, maybe done need any tubing?
I dont have mine yet its on order but was wondering this.

Use rubber tubbing its fine you will or should not pull more that 10psi on the hand pump or you will crack the filter. Don't buy the plastic tube it will not seal well or hold the vacuum. and don't buy the filters with the plastic bottoms they crack and let in air which contaminates your freshly filtered gear. Buy a glass reciever and just get the 500ml looks like this:
