Another example - of what a cluster-fuck illegals have made out of LA schools. They want high school diplomas so dumbed down, it's almost worthless. Good luck getting into colleges with an LA high school diploma now:

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A judge is expected to issue a final ruling on the fate of this year's state high school exit exam Tuesday, a day after saying he was inclined to agree with attorneys who argue it discriminates against poor students and those who are learning English."
