I'm still going to be eating lean/healthy and doing am cardio, just not on an empty stomach. I've heard conflicting reports on it anyway. I guess I am still cutting in a sense, just not so extreme on the diet with carb depletion etc. I lost 4 pounds in two weeks doing the am cardio on an empty stomach, and some carb depletion, but I think some of it was muscle because I don't look more defined, just skinnier. I retain my muscle better, and burn fat just as good, if I just eat clean and balanced.
