Alright, I bagged the cutting diet. I'm not competing and I feel like shit on it so screw it. I feel like I'm losing muscle when doing am cardio on an empty stomach anyway. From now on I'm just going to eat clean and healthy balanced meals with morning cardio (after a light breakfast), and pm lifting. So I think I'm going to hop on the AG clen. Right now I'm 6'00", 215 lbs, and around 10% bf. If I buy one bottle and cycle it every two weeks with some t-rex, what's a reasonable goal as far as losing bf if I keep my diet clean etc.?
