Montreal: the best Party place in America

Anyone agree with me ?

Well here are few reasons why I believe this. I've been to many places in the US (the rest of canada sucks) like Miami, Tampa, est coast......

- Need to be 18 only to get in (I'm 23 so it isnt an issue form me anymore lol) unlike many states or provinces...

- Cover arent that highly ridiculous like some NY clubs or even worst those Cancun mega clubs (La Boom, Daddy's O)...

- WE have the best after-hours featuring the best DJ's from all around the world. No crappy or wannabe big DJ (thats why Junior Vasquez and Todd Terry are both banned from playing in MTL clubs)

- Queers have their own clubs in their own Village, so tehre's no confusion. No risk to go somewhere and be surrounded by a bunch of fags...

- Our clubs stay open till 3 (with alcohol) and afters till 12, nulike the shitty nightlife in TO lol

- There's a perfect mix of ethnicity here. No racial getthos.....

- We've been voted among the top 10 for the Best cities to get laid....

- There's no ridiculous line-up policies (I mean if you have that specific attitude or clothes you get in) unlike many NY or Miami clubs..... one exception: the Sona, but this place sucks. Period.

The nightlife is safe. only once or twice a year something sad happens....


So does anybody agree ?????

I cant really judge because I havent seen many other city, but it is a nice place and you find a lot of diversity between the clubs.

montreal rules!!!

i went there last year around this time with some friends. the 5 of us drove from philly in a civic there. it was nuts there. we met and got pics with some model on the howard stern show. she says she is the most beautilful black model in the world.....and she was a hotty!!! i advise everyone to go....

ok i'm in Ottawa.....been to MOntreal a few times to shop and club. Been to some Black & Blue parties, Bal en Blanc, Cream etc.

Haven't been in a while. Where do you go to? Stereo? What else?
Can you get me on a list! lol

Stereo is a nice place. some people just dont like the fact that so many queers are going there but anyway it doesnt matter for me. It has probably the best sound system in town. But the next best thing here in Montreal is the Aria opened since may i think. Kindda like the Stereo but built in an old movie theatre. I like the concept. As for guest lists ehehe how do you think I go there ? lol Assuming I dislike paying 20$ to go clubbing.... lol I usually get tickets from my boss (who's a club owner)... but honestly tickets are better than lists. There's always shit with lists especially if your name isnt wrote down correctly....

Come to LA, I'll go to Montreal. We will compare on basis of: DJs, venue, lines, price, guestlist, ladies (or guys, if you are into that scene) and total fun. It would be like Siskel and Ebert goes clubbing around the world.
