monster Mini's

anybody try jumpstretch's new monster mini's? are they worth all the hype i've been hearing?

i have not had the chance to use these so i really have no idea, but the other bands work just fine.

Get a pair of mini's and a pair of greens to start out with. As you progress you can throw the blues and another pair of mini's into the mix. I wouldn't bother with the purples (light bands). 2 pair's of mini's is more versatile and you'll save some money over the purchase of a set of each.

I sue it between my wrists on DE bench day. Front raises.....
