Monster Milk

i hate muscle/monster milk. Not very good in my opinion. I'm speaking pure taste btw. Always used either ON or Protienfactory

I agree entirely, except I'm just not a big fan of either product tast excepted. Muscle/Monster are fine if you do a fair amount of cardio in my opinion, but you can get much better stuff for much cheaper.
 
anyone had monster food by cytosport? im thinking about either that or big blast. the moster food is cheaper with two more servings. the sugar is also lower but slightly more fat.
 
Big fan of needto's but I am
guilty of muscle milk an monstor milk, I skip all over and I do have protien in my car at my house at my girls house and my friends house lol but ya it's so easy jus to pay a lil n have it, they sell it everywhere nowdays.. Gas stations grocery stores gyms... I kinda compare it to star bucks coffe.
I'm sure we will see a needto brand some day in the future :) I'll buy that one when it's out there!!

Big blast is very good. Their have also been studies coming out suggesting that high sugar content among other complex carbs post workout is good for anabolic activation. So I wouldnt say that like its a bad thing.
 
big blast is a way better shake than monster milk or the v60. belive me on this one i have used them all and bb takes the cake. it is the perfect post w/o. if you just want an ocasional treat or something than monster milk will do along with a lot of others, but if you want a quality post w/o get bb.
 
ended up tossing out the strawberry monstermilk-too artificial tasting. MuscleMilk cake batter taste great, not the best quality protein though. I always go back to syntha-6. Protein factory is good too. I usually try a vanilla flavor and if I don't like it, I can use it in cooking to mask the flavor!

Exactly. People avoid sugar like it's poison yet it has it's place -- not to mention it improves creatine transport and makes a shake tastes SO much better!

You're better off limiting consumption of fruit sugar , which raises triglyceride levels.
