didnt you mention that some months back?
 
he wanted to but his mind changes like the weather and he went back to being unhealthy and living a crappy life, he never said I cant just that I am a idiot. he will lay off but he has phases of being a jerk off where he threatens to kick me out every 6 months or so

remember how this stuff made you feel when you have kids of your own, and always be supportive.

So you saying that you want to gain size, but are afraid of overeating?

Just look at it this way: If you have the discipline to eat so strictly, apply it to eating properly while bulking and just see the fat gain as a symbol of progress- the more fat you put on, you'll be gaining still more muscle. I know that sounds kind of sounds silly, but its true. And if your goal is size, you should feel rewarded for GETTING BIGGER, not trimming up.

Everyone hates gaining fat when they bulk...you could just work out with a freind who has the same size goals as you, and watch him put on some pudge with you. It'll help the mental thing

Good luck packing on the mass and getting your mom off your back.
 
thanks for the attempt, but I if I could get over the fear factor, Id be set...I think it was cause I fat in college (or a tad smooth) and don't wanna be like that again....I like the fact that everyone knows I'm shredded......but to be big and shredddded.....now we talkn
 
Actually, you might have the coolest mom out there. Maybe she's pissed because you lost 35-40 lbs of pure muscle in your quest to get shredded. At least if your figures are right. Sounds like you got a bit hasty in cutting.
 
Bro it is possible to gain size and maintain your body fat. It is maticulouse or however you spell it, but requires alot of decipline and planning but it can be done. I have been reading Mr.X's articles and he has some good ones on the subject. Remember with size also comes hunger. However I think you will be o.k. All you need to do is tweek you diet just a little and you should be fine. If the body fat does get out of hand then just do the CKD diet as I have heard it works wonders. In this game you just have to know your body and it's limmits. Hope this helps?
 
cyber and debaser...100% on point.......you dont know how much help your two posts were........I'm tweaking tomorrow......full egg w/ my whites in the am.......tb of flax midam w/ myiolex......adding a yam (6oz) to my chx and salad for 3.........pb and shake preworkout.......extra handful of peanuts late night.......we'll see from there....havent had junk in YEARS and dont plan on it.....my bro who is a top ohio amatuer strolls in with 3 junior bacons and a large fry.......dick!
 
It is more politically correct for an out of shape person to mock someone who trains hard than it is for someone who trains hard to mock the out of shape fat people.
 
what are you saying???? Both of my parents are in excellent physical shape as I stated earlier......even my mom lifts 3x a day and spins prob X4-5..........so, that shoots that theory.....
