Mods or support desk...HELP

I e-mailed support desk today for a password retrieval for my "chefbone" account. They sent me a new password for the "chef_bone"(notice the space) account. WTF????? I specified in the support e-mail which account I fugged up. What shold I do? The e-mail is [email protected]...

The problem, of course, is that the password reminder goes to your OLD email, not your NEW email.

It went to my new e-mail. The old one was [email protected]" the new one is "[email protected]". Can't I get a new password for the old account sent to the new e-mail addy?
