mod help

do you have to be platinum to get help from a mod?i pm'ed a mod with a question trying to find out if a source i had was legit or if he ever heard of him and didn't get a reply back.whats up with that? did i do something wrong by asking for help?

I'm sorry to come off harsh, it's just that I get alot of PM's with source questions (thus I changed my signature). Now you know, so you will need to get a secure email account (I use elite, its free and easy to set up). You can send it to me if you want and I'll see if I can help you (but I am probably going to bed now so I won't answer until the morning between 9 and 10 or so...)
