MMA guys what kind of cycles do you do??

What kind of cycles do you mixed martial arts guys do??? Or what can I do? I have just recently gotten really into BJJ (twice a week) and san shou (also twice a week) But realize that strength and size is still a very big factor so am obviously continuing my bodybuilding routines. Just maybe a little less volume. Do you guys have any compounds for suggestion that I should use? I # 1 don't want to get massive pumps during grappling in BJJ and not be able to train, and # 2 don't want to have my cardio killed by too much test. Im assuming your cardio gets hurt when you gain a lot of mass not from the compound itself. So not really worried about that since I have allways gained slow but solid muscle even when cycling.

GH is all I do. I know of 'some' fighters playing around with winny, but I like my head of hair, so I stay away from that. Maybe some halo before a fight, but as for cycles, just GH for me.

As for lifting, I do high rep workouts with only the core muscle groups. All done quick and explosive. I also do some plyo's for quickness/speed training.

Im really not at that point yet, I want to continue and gain mass and strength for a while, How high rep are we talking?

If you want to compete, then why do you want to 'gain' weight???? I spend my competitive life doing the exact OPPOSITE LOL....Keep in mind that your power right now at a lighter weight will not increase that signifigantly (if at all) when you move up in weight.

As for reps I switch between 12-15 and 25-30 to build up endurance and neurological functioning. I tend to gain weight VERY easily from lifting, so I have to watch that I can stay in my weight class while lifting. I cut around 15 pounds when I compete.

yea dude, I dont plan on competeing for real in MMA for quite sometime from now.......... And rather be in high weight divisions

anavar is weak, and you won't gain much from it. If I were you, I would spar/workout with some guys in your own weight class right now before you decide to move up. What weight are you now? Where do you want to go to?

If your talking 10 quality pounds of muscle, why not tren? I'm not big on test for fighting sports. EQ may be another decent choice.

Kickboxer195 is right don’t bother with anavar, as a fighter, what you are looking into is developing more straight per lb of weight, best way to achieve this is by doing explosive exercises. Gaining more lbs will simply put you in a heavier category, and you will end up fighting bigger and stronger fighters.
Tren is not the best for the fighting sports (sport in general) as per it reduces your endurance. Best choice is EQ as per it heighten red cell count in the blood
