Im going to start the MKD, Insulin part on monday, I decided to be in a deep keto state by monday morning. Here is what I came up with tell me what you think.
220lbs X 12 cals = 2640
6 Meals , each meal 440cals
Eat meal has 41 grams of fat, and 19grams of protein.
Im using a mix of Olive Oil, and Flax oil for my oils.
I have figured these oils are needed because there is no way to meet the ratio of 85% fat and 15%protein without them
For Breakfast I had, 6 Egg Yolks, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, with some parmisan cheese. I put the oil, and parm in a shot glass and downed it.
Im going to get my fat/protein from some main source then use oil for the rest of it. Im stuggling to find really high fat foods, do you guys use pork rinds, or anything easy and quick or something im missing.
