mixing IGF-1 R3

Is it okay to mix in BW, i did this and am getting so much deed back that it is wrong. please ease my mind and let me know that it is ok to reconst with BW

it will stay much more stable with 100mM acetic acid, which can be bought at online supply companies.

it will not be stable for a usable length of time if you only recon with BW...

you need to recon with AA THEN at time of use (or shortly before) u can cut with BW

I disagree... IGF begins to degrade as soon as it is mixed with BW... Further, refridgerated, IGF mixed with AA should be good much longer than that...

if you disagree post where u got that info from because I would like to see it

I think I was actually quoting MGF times in BW and AA.....I checked the research site and that is what I was stating. Sorry bout that..

no problem, i just like to make sure we get as close to the facts as possible... way too much crap running around
