Missing days on creatine??

Hey all,
I am taking creatine fizz fuel and I missed a day. Do I need to double up the dosage on the next few days or does it really matter?

Won't matter. Takes a few days to unload it all out of your system

Keep taking it normally, just don't take more than like 3-4 days, then you'll have to worry.

Don't worry about it. Once your muscles are loaded with their max amount of creatine, it take a full month of non-supplementation for them to go back to normal levels.
