I was going to tease her about her extensions...........good thing I didn't cause that looks like her real hair, totally fuckin awesome!!! That's how a woman otta look like!!....
Snacked on a few pieces of fresh grapefruit over the course of the day. That & ice pops were a big deal for me because I had to keep the water intake very low.
After the show we hit a Texas Roadhouse because I wanted a clean baked potato (most places apparently you are stuck w/ a potato puree or mashed or fries --- eeek). I got the sirloin kabob, the potato, steamed veggies & strawberry shortcake for dessert. The kabob was ok but the steak tasted a little fatty (my grilled top round is 1000% x better) so I ate about 1/2 of it. About 1/3 of the potato and the veggies. And then shared the dessert w/ my bf. The strawberries & graham cracker crust were the best!
Next day, we met up for Mexican lunch. I had a chicken fajita - no tortilla, some chips (no sodium) and a shitload of jalapenos. I ate about 1/2 - it was ok but really needed more ... tomatoes or something.
So all in all, have kept it fairly clean mostly because its not shit food or lots of anythign that I crave - mostly just different flavors - jalapenos, pickles, grapefruit, etc. When I do eat any amount of anythign I feel like crap. Its HARD to come off a comp diet. I've been carryign around my food as I have the last 4 months, but I've gotten into the pretzels at work a bit because the salt tastes good and powering down the Baja Fresh chicken salads BURIED in jalapenos.
