What are some good ideas when it comes to using trenbolone? I'm looking to figure out the minimum dosage and I would like to do a recomposition where I gain muscle and lose fat. I was thinking of 250 mg a week but I'm not sure if that's too low. I'm 5 ft 7, 38 years old, and I'm around 165 lb. I'm 11% body fat and would like to get to 9% or 8%.
