minimum tren I need for recomp stack?

What are some good ideas when it comes to using trenbolone? I'm looking to figure out the minimum dosage and I would like to do a recomposition where I gain muscle and lose fat. I was thinking of 250 mg a week but I'm not sure if that's too low. I'm 5 ft 7, 38 years old, and I'm around 165 lb. I'm 11% body fat and would like to get to 9% or 8%.
 
Awesome question! For additional nutrient partitioning and the best anabolic/ androgenic disassociation you can get away with as little as 35mg/ week, but even 70mg/ week is SO reasonable. Dosed as daily micro administrations, and paired with other ancillaries for fat loss + a good nutrition and output plan and you're winning 🤝
 
Personally don’t recommend tren unless you’re stepping on stage. 250 of test alone is enough to get to 8-9%bf and hold on to muscle. Not going to gain much if any muscle going from 11-8% just achieve a temporary “look” using tren. Diet down add in the gear and rebound out and see the gains
