Minimum physical condition for Test/T3 cutting cycle to not be excessively dangerous?

I've spent the last 3 months drinking and smoking. Probably lost 15 pounds of muscle and put on 20 pounds of fat. Stayed out of the gym. I'm a 240 pound whale. Yeah, I'm dumb. Quit smoking and drinking a week ago. So I'm starting my cycle tomorrow, 80mcg T3/Day (plateaud off to avoid sides), and 400mg/Test Cyp a week. I went to the gym today, and a 10 minute mile on the treadmill was a struggle.

Now we all know that gear and thyroid are hard on the heart. I'm afraid I've damaged my body to the point that 400mg test cyp/week and 80mcg T3/day is dangerous. I'm considering hitting the cardio hard for a while, at least until my lungs expel most of the crap in them. Usually I get a big bounce back in cardio capacity 1-2 weeks after I quit smoking.

So what do you guys think? Bust my ass on the gear starting tomorrow, or bust my ass off it for two weeks, then start? I'd like some opinions.
