now that im working 2 jobs i get about 3-4 hours of sleep a nite. yeah, its fuckin killing me. now, i know i will never see gains off of that little sleep compared to if i was sleeping 8 or 10 hours a nite unless i was on aas, which i cant afford at the moment, but my question is will i LOSE muscle? because of my serious lack of sleep i have increased my protein intake to about 400 grams a day (i weigh 182) just because im scared of losing it all from not enough rest. will i at least maintain what ive already got or will i lose everything?
