I'm serious, my brother is friends with a guy who made a living doing that. Sold expired moldy cheese to TB, most of it came from the gov'ment.

Tuna is good with tons of things. Add some light tomato and some Parmesan cheese and it is ohhhh so good.

i use albacore and i just squirt the mustard right into the can, mix the concoction around, and eat it with a fork. . .no bread. . .regardless of how many "grains". . .too many carbs for my 43 y/o body to deal with. . .i save my bread intake for cheat days. . .and i ain't eatin' no damn tuna on it. . .
