Milk

I am going through gallon in 3-4 days... milk has a lot of calories, so you better be seriously working out if you're eating big and drinking a gallon a day.

I'm on a strength training program, and along with a clean diet it has helped me put on 10+ lbs. I plan on slowing down the milk as I switch to cutting.

Yeah it is. Just wondering if anybody has done and and saw nice results. I might go for it when I start up some h drol

I did about half gallon a day for a month. I think about 90% of my gains were in my gut and I had to do a lot more work to get rid of the extra body fat. You will gain but just expect fat gains to come with it.

I did it back in high school to bulk up 25 lbs or so.. you will put on weight for sure but I would avoid milk altogether.. Maybe someone else can offer their .02, but once I cut milk out of my diet and started eating my calories - I started to make real progress. I put down 0% greek yogurt all the time but thats the only dairy I consume.

milk has zero nutritional value unless you are a baby cow.

if you want to build mass stick to real food. grassfed steak, chicken, turkey, green veggies, brown rice, etc etc.

haven't touched milk in about 8 years now and I am bigger and stronger than i've ever been.

I used to drink near a gallon of milk a day when I was bulking and gained a ton of weight it's not lean mass a mix of fat and muscle but you do gain a lot especially on whole milk

It bloats me too much and keeps me from eating food. Food will do wonders especially beef.

well if you want good quality milk you will have to go outside the US to a farm. the milk in the US by law is pasturiezed and zapped to high heaven.

also the cows are given hormones to produce as much milk as possible.. go to a dairy farm and see how it works, you won't want to even drink again after you see in person how it works. the reason milk bloats so much is because of the lactose which 80% of humans cannot digest (we did not evolve to drink cow milk, we evolved to drink human milk.. humans did not start drinking cow milk till the turn of last century on a high basis due to the boom in dairy farms in the US, it was a ponzi scheme in the midwest and many German and Irish immigrants got into the business and it exploded) so it sits in the stomach and bacteria goes to work on it causing bloating and gas.. so of course you will gain weight on it. if you are ever comping a good trick is to avoid all dairy (yes even whey protein for that entire week).. you will dry out bigtime.

if you insist on milk your best bet is hemp milk, or find a farm that sells fresh goat milk, much easier to digest/less bloaty
