I have ben deriving Alot of my protein from milk lately. I don't care about the extra carbs - b/c i'm not dieting, but should I care ??
also, is milk a good protein source or a waste , it seems to work for me. I drink about 1.25 L a day @ 180-3 lbs. so about 40 gm of protein/ day
