Micronized Testosterone???

found this stuff, brown plastic bottle. Says it contains 5gr of micronized testosterone...by ruger Labs in Irvington NJ. Anyone ever hear of this stuff? Is it raw material for injectables or sommthing?

could it be Ruger Chemical Corp maybe was the name of the place I think their name now is Vantage but i don't know if these are the same guys. Still sounds sketchy, I would not try to inject or use something I just "found" maybe tell us a little more about where it came from.
