How do you guys train the squat and deadlift?

i train westside for squat and Dl.

I use westside style for squat....squat on mon

I train Karwoski style and this cycle i am putting some new theories and training techniques that I see parrellel with the Militia style for bench. I am positive that there are a few things that I will implement that will put us over the top in the next two cycles.
