Messed up wrist

Hey guys, I was just wondering what to do for curls. I ask this becuase I used to do DB and straight bar (to name a few) but about a month ago I injured my wrist pretty good. I let it heal up and whatnot, but whenever I do straight bar, my wrist kills. It's the act of rotating it outwards and then applying pressure. It's ok with DB, because I can vary the angle. So...what the hell can I do to work the inner part of the bicep head? (And yes I know I should just let it heal fully, but this question is assuming I am not smart enough to do that.)
 
my wrist is messed up also. i say fuck it. when i lift heavy it hurts at the beginning and then goes away
 
Try doin' hammer curls for a bit, i know there are a few bodybuilders who use them exclusively.
