Merm, you did good on the diet considering you were on the road. Even if the macros weren't perfect, at least you didn't eat crap and mess up the whole day. And major kudos to you for another week without alcohol....from one vodka lover to another ;)

Meal 1 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, 1 apple
Meal 2 - 3 scoop whey, 1 scoop maltodextrin
Meal 3 - 4oz turkey, ½ sweet potato, 1 cup spinach
Meal 4 - 2 slices rye bread, 1 tbsp almond butter
Meal 5 - 4oz turkey, ½ avocado

PW cardio – 30 mins elliptical w/ arms on random profile intervals @ level 5 75rpm

DB shoulder press 5x7 (6,7 ½ ,10, 10, 12)
Lateral raises 3x10 (5, 6, 4)
Tricep cable pushdown 5x7 (15, 20, 30, 40, 50)
Standing EZ bar bicep curl 5x7 (15, 17 ½, 20, 22 ½, 22 ½ )
Bicep cable curls 3x8 (15, 20, 30)

Calories - 1447
Protein - 149g 42%
Carbs - 134g 34%
Fat - 39g 23%
Fibre - 26g


Woke up sore - everything below the waist. But had another great workout once I got going. I just have to keep this up - I know I'll see results if I can. Posting pics tomorrow :( :worried: *deep sigh*

Ok, here they are. The first pics were taken on December 30, 2005, the second set April 8, 2006 and the third set, today, May 7, 2006. I didn't really clean up my diet until 19 days ago, after my Easter "celebration" so the third set of pics really demonstrate a 3 week comparison span.

Progress since December is more noticeable though lately I think it can be fair to say that my a$$ has certainly tightened up.

I'm looking forward to the next three weeks and seeing what else I can do - I'll post up some more at the end of May
