Roony - Needsize is a guy on the EF WL board. Basically, decline abs with weight, holding on the way down for 5 seconds (come down to within 5 inches or so from pad, hold for 5 sec, lower, then sit up etc etc. ) 5 sets of 5.

Picked up the guys from their morning hike, had some lunch and played hookey for the rest of the day
Tandoori chicken sandwich, pineapple salsa, tossed half the bread
1 potato wedge w/ dip (OK, Nelms ordered them, not me)

1/2 cup applesauce
No gym because we bought vodka
