5.30am Gym
30 mins Cardio - treadmill
Oh, I was such a miserable bitch as I just hated getting up. Started intervals, threw a little tantrum in my head, got really pissed off so just ran (well, that's a fast jog for everyone else) for the rest of the time. I'm having a hard time re-establishing my workout routine. I'm sure Nelms will pull me out of that next week - the :velvett: will be out


Ate meal 1 at work, just as the bosses turned up.

8.00am
2 slices Performax bread
1 tbsp honey
3 scoop whey

1 cup strong coffee, splash milk

12.00pm
1 cup tuna
1/2 cup coleslaw
1/2 avocado

Had my review - no ass kicking, it was very positive :) Next meal was late because of it.

4.00pm
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp almond butter

7.00pm
3oz chicken breast, grilled
3oz beef steak, grilled
1 cup mixed steamed vegetables
Supps

P is having a vodka cran and I refused even though a stiff drink would have gone down well right now :verygood: I have to congratulate myself for every small win at the moment.

Did well with the water again - another 4 liters.

Congrats on the positive review!! :elephant: It certainly sounds like you work hard....and more kudos for turning down that vodka too. :verygood:

I love those mornings!!! I was there last year when I did a.m. intervals.
I would get all pissy and stuff but the results are priceless :)

1 cup whites, 1 yolk

I was late for a meeting (got the timing completely wrong) and didn't get my supplies before I went in.

11.00am
1 cup vegetarian beans
2 slices Performax bread
3 scoop whey

3.00pm
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup blueberries

5.00pm
1/2 cup tuna

Worked late, great excuse for missing the gym

8.00pm
1 cup shredded chicken w/ spices and 1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup broccoli
1 tbsp parmesan

No gym. I don't know what's wrong with me - just won't get there. What is the matter with me? Someone please :velvett: me.

Posting my weight tomorrow and will do so every week.

Heard from IP and Nelms - things not going quite to plan - but hope to see them as expected :heart:

Just pick yourself up and push yourself to do it. I think we all get to the point where we just get to the end of the road and feel like we are out of it but that's where you gotta dig deep and push on honey just push on.
