I'm not sure i uderstand women who say they don't like women. Don't get me wrong...I know it can be tough going weeding out the bad ones and finding a solid friend but the girls I keep close to me I wouldn't trade for anything in the world. Sure, there are plenty of guys I like hanging out with, going to a bar to watch monday night football with, blah blah blah. But do I confide in them when I feel like things are falling apart? When I think I'm falling in love with someone? When I'm scared I'm having a relapse with my ed? Hell no. That's what my girls are for, I love them like sisters. Sure....guys are less catty, less complicated, less concerned with the price of your handbag, and I love them for it. But there's just nothing like a really really close girlfriend.

I'm lucky enough to have a fine mix of both.....I grew up with sisters and cannot imagine not having females in my life for the same reasons as you.
Females that cannot stand other females just bond and feel more comfortable around males. It's all in how we relate.
