Men are pigs...

blueta2

New member
Had a dream last night about some guy I work with. Dreamt he was stealing my lunch and I got mad at him.
This guy is an older professional dude.
I get to work this morning and tell him in passing "I had a dream last night that you stole my lunch"
Then I sort of laughed
His reply "Ohhh, I had a few dreams about you that we were having sex and my heart was beating so fast I thought it would stop"
I was like :worried: That came out of left field!
My reply "too bad it didn't stop"

By the way, everyone I work with is very well aware that I was involved with a huge law suit against my company for sexual harassment. This ahole has SOME nerve!

Why are some men such loser pigs?!

I have dark jeans on, a high neck brown t and a beige blazer...how unsexy is that! ugh! If I were dressed like a dyke, it wouldn't matter.

And trust me, I am far from helpless

And for the record -

Unless I'm seeing a client I wear hardly any makeup, glasses, my hair is in a bun or a braid, and I never show my legs. All very much on purpose.

the fact is that women are rarely true professionals. they can't rely on savvy alone, so, they have to compensate by slutting it up a bit, & then, get totally offended when the office "pig" calls them on it. open up your mouth and set some boundaries.

So is all of that taken care of now?

This is the only part of your post that makes sense. I agree, I should have said something to set the boundary, But you WOULD THINK a man in his 60's who is a professional would know better......????!

Yep, that's what he was doing, lol.....calling her out in her sexy brown blazer. How dare she slut it up like that!

Tsk tsk, blueta. ;)

Yes, it took over a year. The men in question were either let go, quit (they were ashamed or asked to leave) or reprimanded. One still works here (my ex boss).
My first boss here (7 yrs ago) asked me in my first month of employment here if I were not his employee would I get on my knees and suck his c*ck! THAT IS NO LIE! He resgined! He was a FAT ugly prick!
This is also a large (1500 employees) and very wealthy company and this is how they allowed ppl to behave! I complained to HR many times and nothing was done, finally they were sued!

Well I need to dress like a sl*t at work, it's the only way anything gets done around here. I mean I cannot function on my brain power alone.... ;-)

When I read the part about your law suit I should of known what type of person you. It explains a lot about your past posts on here....
You want to play in the man's world, then deal with the way men talk.

We have a woman in our office that thinks that every guy is being inappropriate with her. She isn't even that good looking. We are a construction company so there are some guys that stop in the office that would hit on a hole in the wall, but I have been around for some of the so called "hitting" on her that she brings up. It's nothing. She already got a guy fired for threatening law suits. If it's legitimate I feel bad, but she's a crazy bitch. Part of me just wants to take her aside and say, "Listen, you're not attractive - men are not hitting on you - fucking relax!!" But I would probably get fired.

As for Blue and that inappropriate comment. That was not cool, but never tell a guy he was in a dream.... :) - sex is the first thing a guy wants the dream to be about.

Never think that people of a certain age are more disciplined then others.

I worked with nothing but Men for 3 year (car dealership) I had shit said and done to me all day long. But from day one they knew how far to go with me. Still to this day I would rather work with 200 men then ONE caddy ass women.

For the record if there is a Hot ass man at work....trust me all the females are all over that and talking about him behind there back and how they would fuck him.;)

Now if only your poor wife whom you cheat on would be as strong as me!
You hate strong woman. You need the submissive type so you can keep playing your game.

You young dumb little fuck!

Jack...bombs away!

I have seen lots of different behavior in the work place between men and women and here is my question - How come there are some women (looks have nothing to do with it) that NEVER get hit on - or have inappropriate things said to or about them - and still there are others that seem to be magnets to that sort of behavior? I still haven't figured this one out yet.

Same here, I've worked with all men for the past 7 yrs and prefer it to working with women and I have to say MOST men I work with are respectful.
I think either you're a dumb ass jerk or you're not!

Sounds like you're placing the blame on the woman!?

When I worked over at the other plant (Where all the sexual harrassment went down), there were passive and agressive women in that dept. The woman who brought the law suit about was a strong black woman. One girl was a passive little wallflower. It didn't matter who the woman was, these pigs would make comments to us all.
Men who treat woman like shit at work are the men who usually have ZERO power at home with their wives!
All the happily married men I work with would not even FATHOM talking like a pig to me or others!

Deal with it and stop yelling. Shut your mouth about my wife. You have no clue.
As for you being strong.... who cares? Where did that get you? In a law suit with no self respect. You also have an * on your record. No man will ever hire you again.
Your fucked in so many ways. Hope it is worth it.... Your life is over. Hope they dig up dirt on you and you win nothing. Good luck though....

Your complaining about the men and women who work in the plant.
Come on are you for real????
Deal with the environment you work in!!!

No, the girl who originally sued for being fired did. The rest of us just got pleasure of a less stressful work enviroment!

You are far from a strong woman if you are crying about what a man says to you on the job.

Perhaps you need to be at home cooking and folding clothes instead.

HAHA every one thought you were in it for the money.

I bet things would have got nasty in this thread had you said yes about the money question.

Of course you are confused. You work in the plant.
So you got no money from the law suit. Bad lawyer or no case?
You brought it on yourself.... Silly strong lady with no power. LOVE IT!!!

Hey Cheater....I work at the largest valve company in the world. When I said plant, I meant we have different manuf plants and all have offices in them. I work on the office not the plant itself.
Why are you so stupid?!
Are you lashing out at me cause I called u out on your digusting behavior?
Are you hurt that I didn't meet you so you can show me how seasoned you are? I still have your # you gave me, I can post it here and maybe some other girls will assist you in your "lifestyle". Though I doubt any girl on EF is that desperate!

Not at all - I was not placing any blame on the women - I was just thinking back and I can - in my own personal observations - find exceptions to the rule. I knew a very strong willed intelligent woman at my other office that was a magnet for inappropriate comments and she didn't stand for it. But the same guys that did that to her - wouldn't do the same thing to a more willing, a quite frankly better looking participant. I just wonder why some are targeted and some are not - that's all.

PLUS 1 ON THIS COMMENT.

SHUT YOUR MOUTH AN DEAL WITH THE ENVIRONMENT YOU WORK IN.
That is like a striper crying about guys touching her at work.
You work in a plant....DEAL.

I would rather be home cooking...this job is stressful!

I'm not crying about it, simply stating some facts! They made harrassment laws for a reason......!

So much depends on what profession you are in. As a lawyer, I've had some inappropriate things said, but it is rare. I think men are intimidated to say anything to a woman in a suit who has that no-nonsense look on her face, but it happens some. When I was still in school, that shit happened all the time. For the most part, as long as they held no power over me and didn't touch me or demand anything, I laughed at them.

When I was in college, I had a lab professor tell me "your grade is entirely dependant on how nice you're willing to be to me." My reply was, "I hope you like how nice I've been so far, because it isn't getting any better. Try that shit on a stupid girl. I already have an A."

This has always sort of been my stance, I guess. I feel like a lot of the little comments come with the territory. I do what I can to not invite it or encourage it but I feel like if I make a huge fuss it will create office tension that's counterproductive to my work. So I don't complain, even in my private life, beyond sharing a comment and rolling my eyes. Maybe I should establish some verbal boundaries but I really don't know how to dance on that line. But I certainly don't see myself as any kind of "victim." Bleh.

That said, the vast majority of people I work with treat me respectfully now. There's only a couple of bozos left and one of them recently got fired.

Thank you.

I guess it depends on how uncomfortable you are willing to become just so that you don't - as you say - "create office tension".

I once had a female client tell me she would fuck me if I didn't report her for suicide threats..

I did not care

Indeed. Most of it really doesn't affect me. My now fired supervisor used to make little comments all the time....sometimes boderline sexist, sometimes outright....but I genuinely waved them off and had a "whatever" attitude. He was especially ahrd on the few women in our department and I was the only one of the few who DID stand up to him on a couple of occasions when he was being an out of line jerk. I take the small stuff because it doesn't bug me. But if someone really makes me uncomfortable there's no way I'd just sit there and take it.

Like you, I put up with a ton of comment and let 99% them slide, but some comments, well, I would and will not let slide!
I can take banter like the best of them. I can joke with coworkers about stuff, but when a superviser says to me "Hey would u suck me off if you didn't work for me" well that's when it crosses the line!

but you did dream about him, so he probally though it was way of flriting with him tbh..

you said he stole his lunch- so you kinda gave him a negative 'stealing your lunch' but he was in your dream
Dreams are subconciouns..and usually the last thing u think about before bed...

I.E i woke up with major wood this morning because i was watching porn b4 bed.

I mean if the mailroom girl that im after (fingers crossed)came up to me and said she dreamt about me last night that would appear to me as a signal of intrest.

Well if any guy interprets the word "dream-dreamt" as sexual, then they need some serious therapy!
I bet the guys that we had fired from here dreamt of us every night. They probably woke up in a sweat too.......but not the good kind!

This I agree with. I myself have neer been offended by ones words. I think it's because I have a bad attitude and will tell just about anyone to kiss my ass or go F^%k off. Which I might add is not a good thing all the time.

You got mad at that??? He made a remark. He did not tell you to do it...

He was asking if you 2 did not work together would you blow him, fair question.

Yes, some men are pigs, regardless of income, education, social status.

Some women are as well, believe me.

I find it interesting that some people feel they can push the envelope of acceptable comments when it comes to interacting with the opposite sex in the workplace. Several of my co-workers have been disciplined due to sexually charged comments/actions in the past few years. I have also noticed that comments of a sexual nature are generally only offensive if the offender is found to be unattractive to the offended, otherwise they can be tolerated, if not, encouraged.

ololololol @ "fair question." Are you for real?? lololololollll

I never get anything that bad, thank god. Mostly locker room humor and a lot of jokes about what they figure I'm like outside the office (which is like night and day). With me I felt like it was sort of like hazing. Seeing how well I can blend into the old boys network. Once I got past that initial phase, things settled down. But that doesn't sound at ALL like what was going on with blueta.

right....the banter was not fun, it was disgusting.
One supervisor asked me once why I turned the room temp down. I said I was freezing. His reply "Well we keep it cold in here so we can see your nipples through your shirt"
He said this in front of a bunch of ppl including his OWN boss. He was not reprimanded. When the suit came up, a few ppl, including me, came forward to what this DINK said. He quit soon after!

And of course YW is for real...what can you expect from a low life!

i had a dream i threw up on your stupid ugly face and then the judge threw out your case because the judge insisted no person in their right mind would sexually harass you.

on no, johnny said, "i'm hot," now i'm going to sue the company. i won't take this, it's sexual harassment.

talking about your nipples was REALLY out of line. Jeez, that is just so LOW CLASS.

O NO, Johnny said, "I look pretty in that dress," I'm going to sue that bastard and the company. How dare he degrade me like that? Nevermind I told his friend that he looked handsome wearing his Armani Suit.

What's funny is how the skanks can dish it, but can't take it.

It was and I'm glad you see my point! This same guy who made the nipple comment also once drove me to pick up my car durng work hours. My car broke down at lunch and I brought it to the shop close by. He offered to drive me and while in his truck, he asked if I wanted to go blading with him on the weekend?
I replied "with you and Janet"?
he said "no just us, Janet and I are not getting along"
He did this to other women at work also.
One girl was stalled one winter storm on the highway. He drove by, saw her and pulled over. Said "get in my truck and warm up til the tow gets here" )it was minus 30 that day)She did, and when he hit on her and she refused, he said he had to leave and left her alone on the side of the highway.
Nice guy huh!

Absolutely true.
Both men and women are pigs. Women, generally are just more subtle and tactful. This guy was just crude and tactless.

It was and I'm glad you see my point! This same guy who made the nipple comment also once drove me to pick up my car durng work hours. My car broke down at lunch and I brought it to the shop close by. He offered to drive me and while in his truck, he asked if I wanted to go blading with him on the weekend?

O NO, Johnny said, "I look pretty in that dress," I'm going to sue that bastard and the company. How dare he degrade me like that? Nevermind I told his friend that he looked handsome wearing his Armani Suit.

What's funny is how the skanks can dish it, but can't take it.

lol at YW...dude, you are talking some straight-up fucking nonsense. pure alter drivel.

and yes, the dynamic is different depending on gender. i.e, double standard...and that's fine. there are very few dudes who would give a fuck if a woman talked like that to him. some/many would like it. let's not forget that very few women would talk like that, relative to the number of men who would. in the rare case that a woman is harassing a dude and he wants to no part of it, then he's entitled to do whatever a woman would in that situation. he need not put up with it, but he'll have to deal with the consequences of his response, fair or not.

i've never seen anything like that here thus far. a little flirtatious behaviour is fine, i'd do that myself...but only if it's wanted. that's the key. if a woman is attracted to a guy and wants him to talk or act like that...it's cool. after all, people who work together do end up fucking each other from time to time.

however, if she doesn't want it, she shouldn't have to put up with it. a person is responsible for his own behaviour, regardless of how someone else is dressed. if a woman behaves in a suggestive manner, that's different. but even then, if a dude tries to hit on her, or makes a lewd comment, and gets rejected...he's got to leave it at that. if he does, fine. if not, he's entered the realm of harassment

simply put, there's a line which should not be crossed. drawing the line isn't a cut and dry process, but like many things in life, it's not hard to know when you're over the line. referring to the sucking of one's cock, for example, is clearly over that line. complaining about that is one's right, and is not crying.

that's my opinion. the law or corporate policy may not agree, but fuck 'em...i'm right.

blueta2, stop this retarded back and forth with YW. and stop dressing like a 2 dollar whore. i love you.

EOD, MOTHERFUCKERS. lock this shitcrap.

Jack no alter here. I just like fucking with Blue. She is strong and does not back down (which I respect) but it is fun to e fight. She seems like a good women with a good head on her but has been an ass to me as of late so I have just been being a dick back. No harm in e fighting.

yep, I agree with all of this, except blueta dressing like a 2 dollar whore. She should continue with that. She looks hawt that way...lol.

Sexual harrasment class was weird here in Denver... The first part of it was all those generic videos that were unnerving to watch. After that the instructor went off on a tangent about what crossing your legs while sitting USED to mean, and when you could wear pearls, diamonds, and the appropriate accessories for the time of day. WTF?

:lmao: good girl!

I know how you feel. I get little comments like that here and there all the time.

I get comments from women like this all the time. Although it's not considered sexual harrassment when women do it to men. I've had them grab me in clubs numerous times. The difference is, I don't cry like a baby about it. Some women are big pussies.

Why are some men such loser pigs?!

he's just a sad old man....

Nothing else to do.... Eww... I hate guys like that

lol...I must be really old school....I would have told him something smart ass like, "Only in your dreams would I attempt to lower my standards to someone like you".

I have a smart ass mouth and love to use it during times like those.
