Melatonin for sleep ?

melatonin is over done with sleep

i see people taking 5 or 10mg of the stuff solo. this is wrong

you should only use 1mg only. and you should stack in things like 5HTP and gaba etc. that is why n2sleep is a good formula

also to boost melatonin naturally wear blue blockers at sunset if you use electronics before bed
