Decided to do max effort today because i want to go light on thu and fri.
Rack Lockouts ( pins set 3" above chest )
45x6, 135x3, 225x3, 275x1, 315x1, 335x1
felt strong here, i think i can definately hit over 300 on monday

135x8, 185x6, 225x6x3 sets ( these were tough, ive finally leveled off here )
Standing OHP strict

Lateral raise

Im feeling really strong, im gonna smash that 1000 pound mark on monday !
