I dont see the PRs slowing down anytime soon. I got some advice from Hammer on sport specific moves, changed to close grip on all my bench moves. Also had some tendinitis acting up in my left elbow from the 135 set of CGs on. I think its related to the placement of my hands on the bar when squatting/GMs, etc.
Close Grip Flat Bench
45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 185x3, 225x3 ( PR )
Close Grip Incline
45x8, 95x8, 135x5, 155x5, 165x5
Standing OHP
115x6x3 sets, final rep of final set i held it up for about 10 seconds
BB rows
45x8, 95x8, 135x6x3 sets ( PR, form was good, really felt it in my entire back )
Rev. Flies
20sx8x3 sets
elbow was shot at this point so i didnt do any bicep curls, went and iced it. Thanks hammer for the advice!!
