well i couldnt get the band tension to really help me out any. i was using the average bands, but they only assited in 2 inches off the chest, after that it was a normal board press.
3 board rev band bench - 335 x 1. 365 x 2 x 0.
seated band (mini's) ohp - 165 x 3. and 185 x 2.
jm press - 185 x 2 x 3.
zott presses - 25 x 2 x 10.
db power cleans - 35's x 4 x 8.
that was it, felt good, i strained a lot, but i just didnt put up any big numbers.
