Well my sholder was feeling a little weird the last few days. I'm pretty sure i hurt it with my horrible bout with the viking press lolol

It turns out after I stretched it and did some light ohp with bands it felt like new

I am going to emphasize lockout for a while so boards and floor presses will take priority for a little while

close-medium grip 2 board, working on form got up to 205 with good form 210 with disgraceful form. 205 felt easy, so did the 210...I stopped there though

Seated paused rack ohp working on exploding off the pins 115 3x5 (pretty easy, will do 125 next week)

Board hell (new) - 0 boards, 1 board, 2 board, 1 board, close grip 5 reps of each

I used doubled minis and 75lbs bar weight

Pullups- 25 total reps

abs

I also took a progress pic today... I'm feeling leaner than i've been in a while. Weighed 178 today

feels good to see progress, last time i pose like that though

lol thanks man, how do I work the rear delts? I just do overhead pressing and dumbell cleans for sholders really

gotta work the rear delts T3c, keeps the shoulders inline and will help balance the bar when at top position. try some pin presses for close-grip. Looking good on the pic, a little more sprint work for AR about 70-80% intensity and you will finish the medley without falling, lol

rows with a semi-wide grip

cool thanks jeremys

you think that would help with my overhead pressing?

i'm not sure the rear delts do much in the pressing part of the movement but i'm sure they help stabilize things

plus doing the rows it will be a lot easier to clean whatever you have to press and easier to hold it there

Very intelligent answer, at your age I did everything wrong cause I was brainwashed.

they do help pressing at the top when you shoulders come together, plus added stabilty will allow max tri recruitment at lockout

thanks

and yeah, what he said :)

You are growing T. I have seen it. I am still watching it. It will continue.

For rear delts I like a recipe of pull ups and bar rows. Thats how I made mine and right now they dominate my physique. pull ups pull ups pull ups. :)

Face-pulls, alternating pulling from below the shoulders and above the shoulders hit hit my rear delts very nicely. I usually do them at the end of my ME upper with high reps. (3-5 sets, 10-12 reps per.)
