Floor Press
Bar x 10

286 x 1
308 x 1 PR (up 11 pounds)
Barbell Rows
176 x 5 x 3 sets
Close-grip Bench Press
220 x 5 x 3 sets
+ Lots of rotator work
After maxing out on floor press I took it quite easy today. The rows were light and I concentrated on a nice contraction of my lats. The close-grips were relatively heavier, but got them done easily.
The floor press video is quite odd. I lose it a couple of inches off my chest and the bar drifts towards my face, but I recovered and got it up. There's obviously a weakness of some sort, but I think my triceps must have taken over?
