-military press- up to 3rm w/155
-4 board press- up to 3rm w/260lbs
-cl grip bench- 3 x 6 w/185lbs
-inc bench - 5 x 5 w/135lbs
-chins- 3 x 7 w/25lb plate
-shrugs- 135 x 25, 135lbs x 20, 135lbs x 17
-tri pressdowns w/light band 3 x 15

shoulders felt great after soaking them in Capiscan-HP(sp?)

Nice workout. Good chinning strength! I should throw in some band pressdowns.

not sure im catchin ya but i tried to go smooth and decently slow on everything and on shrugs i went slow and held ea rep for a sec or two at top...

mike...thanks but my chin strength isnt where it was or where it needs to be..my lats are still lagging..i really liked the band pressdowns..easy on elbows compared to skull crushers

Have someone count the seconds for you. Count the negative (eccentric) and the positive (concentric) movements. You can set PR's on them too as opposed to making it just a #'s game.
