-cl grip bench- 3 x 6 w/185lbs
-inc bench - 5 x 5 w/135lbs
-chins- 3 x 7 w/25lb plate
-shrugs- 135 x 25, 135lbs x 20, 135lbs x 17
-tri pressdowns w/light band 3 x 15
shoulders felt great after soaking them in Capiscan-HP(sp?)
