me lower - week 1/phase 2.

some good numbers today. i set pr's on both my box squat and my rack deads. i did these same weights as last cycle. but last time i was not using bands.

Low box squat - 365 + light band choked down.

Sumo Rack deadlifts - 365 x 3 with light bands double choked.

chest supported rows - machine + 115lbs x 2 x 8.

hammer curls - . 60's x 5. 50's x 5. 40's x 5. 30's x 5. all with only 5 seconds rest between each one.

came home and got ate up by mesquetos and it was getting dark. so i called it a day real short on events.

overhead walks - 185 for 100 feet with 1 turn.

gonner walks... (ironlion help me, describe how to do these again, i think i was doing them all wrong. 155 x 2 sets of 80 feet. once each shoulder. these hurt so bad

thats it, now im going to dinner and a movie with the wife.

dude I did these with 95 on the thick bar to make it easier....they KILLED my sholder\trap region.

I dont know how the hell he uses that much weight LOL

brute - yeah im into anime, and marvel, so i did your avatar.

zander - yeah it made me feel better, but i still feel i should be stronger.

t3c - i guess im doing them right, they just hurt so bad, i have a mark on both shoulders like i got beat for stealing something.

yea, the problem i see with the gunner walks is i dont think i can handle enough weight on my trap like that to be benificial. you know what i mean?

i think one are farmers would be a better choice

nice workout man...still killin it i see...im gonna have to try the one arm farmers u guys keep talkin bout..i've still yet to try these,
