had to take a break from events today due to time constraints.
low box sq- up to 1rm 335lbs(20lb pr)
glute ham raise w/light band- 3 x 10
calf raises- 185lbs to 75 reps...1 x 25, 3 x 20
ab pull downs- 8 x 10
atempted to flip my 800+lb tire and couldnt get it higher than the top portion of my ab.....ill get it in a few weeks..i know it.
