was just gonna do max box today but went ahead and made it a full workout.
i rep max box squat (11in)-----------------------315lbs(40lb pr)
stiff leg dead--------4 sets of 7------------------185lbs
pull thrus w/mini band------4 sets 10
pull down abs w/mini band-------------7 sets of 10
stone squats w/195lb stone--------------2 sets of 4
i was pretty happy w/my max. movin up slowly but surely. one of these days my legs will catch up to my back
