me lower w/max box!

was just gonna do max box today but went ahead and made it a full workout.

i rep max box squat (11in)-----------------------315lbs(40lb pr)
stiff leg dead--------4 sets of 7------------------185lbs
pull thrus w/mini band------4 sets 10
pull down abs w/mini band-------------7 sets of 10
stone squats w/195lb stone--------------2 sets of 4

i was pretty happy w/my max. movin up slowly but surely. one of these days my legs will catch up to my back;)
 
congrats........ pr karma for you!!! those legs are catching up with that back of yours......... now rest up for st. louis!!!!

thanks alot guys. im really tryin to get these tiny legs caught up w/my back. i'm gonna start doin sldl's and pull thrus regularly now. i love em.

after tomorows max bench...nothin else for me till sat events day....cant wait...get to train w/bunch of really knowledgable ppl and see pro nationals all in one day. i cannot wait.
