felt good after getting 10 hours of sleep last night and waking up at 1pm........ lol

Goodmorning Squat - 335 x 1. 365 x 0......... oh well, there is always next week.

Seated gm's (off a bench) - 275 for 3. hard and the first 2 reps looked a little high according to Trinity, but the said the 3 one was real good.

Overhead BB Lunges (ok........ these suck) - 45 lbs x 4 x 10(each leg).

pull thrus - 195 x 5 x 5.

ab wheel - 3 x 8.

that was it.......... i feel good, but my hammies were hurting real bad going into this workout, so i cant wait to see the next few days.....lol and low back will be fried as well.

the last time i did a squat/GM i thought my head was going to explode from the pressure lol
 
You ever do heavy walking lunges with a bar?

BTW, took your advice on increasing my sl deadlifts. Using 315 now. Only able to do about 8-9 reps though. Might step up to 365 this week. You were right about being able to handle alot more weight on the lift, and I don't feel like I'm straining anything. My hammies get a good burn, but after two workouts with 315, they still are not sore the next day.
 
Anyway, I'm not familiar with a good morning squat... please explain. For a regular good morning 335 is ALOT of freakin weight. More than I'd care to try.

good for you. im glad you took my advice on doing more weight with st leg deads...... i love them.

a good morning squat is a hybrid between the two movements. you start off by lowering the bar like in a normal goodmorning. when you get to your desired depth, you bend your knees and drop your butt so that you are in the bottom position of the squat, from there its just a normal squat up.

i hope that makes sense.

I get the idea. Not quite as bad as a regular good morning. Might play with it later. Anyway, already making gains on size. My mom noticed this weekend that my chest and arms looked bigger than a couple of weeks ago. First thing out of her mouth when I dropped by to visit (had a tank top on). Weighing 217 now. I don't think I've gained any bodyfat, and have a few new viens, but holding a film of extra water, probably from the test. My strength is going up and getting very good pumps during my workouts.
