Good to be back working out... even if it was a relatively tame workout. It was hard to muster the motivation to start working out, let alone keep going after the GMs. I've had an incredibly stressful week, as Hammer can vouch for
.... so this was a nice change of pace.
I'll be working out 3 times a week given I'm only a couple of weeks away from exams, aside from further chaotic events that will no doubt transpire... ME Lower, ME Upper and a combined DE day focusing on olympic variations and speed work. Hopefully I can manage that
