For those wondering. I started working out in 1998. I was 230 at that point at 28% body fat. I looked a lot worse than that picture.
I cut down to 177 pounds. Then through reading etc I adjusted what I was eating and added more protien.
My current stats are in my signature. Still working on it.
Glad you all like the glasses and hair. For those who were wondering... I am sure there were a pair of sandles close by...
