I'm 5'8 1/2", bi's right at 17", 23 year's old, not sure about the bf. I can't get my abs as cut as a want them. My diet isn 't as good as it can be... thanks for the complements though.

Yes, I'm sure of my weight. The most I have ever weighed in my life is 172. And like nOth1ng said, my thighs are pretty small. Them bastards won't grow...my calves are nice though. Thanks again for your complements and critiques. Also mind that I'm almost 24 years old and I have been lifting for 6 years now.
 
yeh, calves are the hardest body part for many guys to get to grow.


still, at age 23 you are still maturing and have lots of growth potential left.

don't pay the envious wannabe haters any mind, dupdogg.....many guys here would like to have what you have.

eat clean, lift hard, stay heathy.....and keep working on the lower body.

even so, jester is about the size of a 14 year old girl, and you look like a fitness model (sorta). and your 170. go figure-

We are exactly the same height and weight - you must have no legs, seriously. Can we see them? Otherwise you look great.

You can get your abs ripped. Just clean up the diet.
If you want your legs to grow... squat. I mean real ones too. Get your ass down by the floor! They will grow!
