CURRENT STATS AT MAY 4, 2005:
6'2, 174, 6.31%BF (HYDROSTATIC)

GOALS
INCREASE BENCH AND SQUAT BY 50LBS AND 75LBS RESPECTIVELY
GAIN 25LBS TOTAL, 18-20 LEAN. NO MORE THAN 9-10% BF

Training:
Very brisk walk (moderate to get blood flowing) first thing in am - 30 minutes max followed by ab routine - 5 days a week

Train in PM -
Chest/calves
Back
Delts/Traps
Arms
Legs
Rest
Repeat

Diet -
630 - 1/2 HOUR MILD TO LIGHT CARDIO (WALK)
830 - 3/4 cup dry steel cut oats, 1/2 cup egg whites, 250g dry curd cc, handfull of berrries, half banana (700 cals)
1130 - 6 oz lean meat/6 oz yam or 1/2 cup brown rice, steam veggies, large salad (700-800 cals) - SOMETIMES A LARGE 12" DOUBLE MEAT FROM SUBWAY
300 - 250g dry curd, 1/2 cup oats, few berries, 1/2 cup berries (500-600cals)
500 - TRAIN
6:30 - whey/dext mix (300 cals)
830 - est. 60 peanuts (300 CALS), 32 oz egg white/casein shake, 250 dry curd cc (600-700 cals)
845 - CRASH

3450 est cals

GEAR
WKS 1-4 20MG DBOL
WKS 1-10 500MG TEST ENTH
WKS 1-14 400MG EQ
WKS 12-15 50MG OF WINNY EOD

HCG, NOLV AND CLOMID TO FINSH.
 
I don't see the point in running EQ longer than the test. If anything, run test one or two weeks longer than EQ.
 
It's set...but, I'm nervous as all hell.....I bet I push it back another week once again. My BIGGEST worry is I'm gonna waste it because my caloric intake is too low or cardio will damper my gains. My 2nd worry is that I'm skinny and weak right now, so I wont be able to push the big weights to grow. Lastly, I'm afraid of my PW nutition. I train late so can hardly get that last meal in, as it's the only thing appetizing to me at that time becuase my stomach is usually turning from trainng. Then, it also falls like 5 minutes before I crash, so I'm wondering if this will now be stored as fat if I up the rest of the days cals......I can do it now, but I'm thinking it's because my calories are low. It's really not that big of a meal before bed, is it? It feels huge, but tastes awesome.
 
if ur worried about calories...try and wake in the middle of the night and suck down a shake....its tough but the protein mid night will make you grow like a monster....protein converts much easier while sleeping...
 
Bro I was scared of cals too. Hell I still am I'm obsessed with what if I don't eat enough. I just make sure I'm always eating and cardio hasn't slowed me down yet. It's rough now that I have to work(summer) Everyone I work with joke about how every time they give a smoke break I go off and eat something. Hell I'm the only one about that don't smoke. Your weight determines the basle calories your body needs to maintain your current weight. Anything above the basle amoiunt will make the person gain weight and anything below will make you lode weight.
 
i understand what it has to do with gaining weight...but in this case...hes working out way too much and needs allot of calories...regardless of his weight....thats why that was a nonsense comment...
 
Shut up, and educate yourself ass. His cals are fine for someone who weighs 174 lbs and is on the workout routine he is on. He is thinking about cutting them back wich in my opinion would be a bad idea. I have more knoweledge in my pinky than you do in you entire body so shove it with you little discrediting side comments.
 
awesome bro. honestly, your at 3400 cals and you've stayed the samae weight/ bf for a while. adding another 250 - 500 calories would not affect u in a bad way but good way imo. I had a nutritional meeting last week. in your case eating that last meal before bed will only help your body. your muscles are sucking up all the nutriants from the food and helping put all of it in your muscles restoring all the depletion from training. it will not turn to fat bro,.

Thanks bro....just dont want to put n the fat...you know the drill.....I can't wait to feast on some subways for lunch though........why am I so worried about fat, I need the mass, damn! I think cause Ive been ripped for so long and now its summertime, but why? For that one pool party? Or for that 45 mins of cutting the grass? Dumb.....I can get back to where I am, right?

you sound like me it took me 3 weeks to start my current eq cycle
