okay here is the question. Someone who sits on their ass all day, and gets about 2 seconds of exercise a week when they walk from their bedroom to kitchen to car, and eats 2 maybe 3 meals a day, without any proper balance on their diet, so basically the exact opposite of a body builder. If they were to change all that, and workout 3 times+ per week, eat a high protien, low carb diet, would they notice a different amount of gains from someone who was an avid lifter on the same program ? Or would the develop in roughly the same sort of pattern and time ? I have a little friendly bet going on with a guy I know here. BTW, the person would not be overweight, just someone who is small, like low muscle, low body fat. Keep in mind they have good genetic potential ! What do you all think ? Basically if someone is no where near their genetic potential, will they gain a lot quicker then someone who is close ? Thanks for taking the time to read this and respond
