ENTRY 1
Back into the gym after a week off training and all stimulants. Nice and refreshed. I train max-ot style which works really great for me. For more info check out AST-SS.COM under max-ot training. It is basically low volume -heavy weight.
The only supplements I am using ED are -
Vitamin c- 2000mgs
Fish oil -8 g
flaxseed oil -14 g daily
Amplify 02- 10 caps pre-workout
Magnesium creatine chealate -5 g
Wow within 15 mintues I feel the Amp 02 kick in. I powerful rush of energy. I feel very calm and focused. No jitters at all. My eyes are set at the squat rack...time for big legs!

SQUATS- 365 X 6 X 6 X 6
FRONT HACK SQUAT PRESS 455 X 6 X 6
HAM CURL UNI 100 X 5 X 5
Sick leg workout. Felt a powerful stream of energy throughout the workout. I've used amp 02 in the past, but every time I take it it hits me just as hard!
It feels like the first time I took an ECA stack, but instead has a cumulative effect. Its too early to tell if the MCC is working. I love the calm confident feeling it gives me right before I start a huge lift. I stay focusued at have no other thoughts beside lifting the weight. I also love the mind/muscle connection I get from the nootropics.
I feel my entire lower body tightening up. My legs are engorged with blood. As I pull my shorts up I can also see some insane vascualrity in my quads and hamstrings. My energy levels are still sky high after the leg workout. I hit my calves hard and do 45 mins on the elliptical trainer. Even after the cardio I'm still going strong. I love this shit! I really don't feel any come down either, thats the best part. I can hardly walk up/down stairs beacuse of how pumped my legs feel. Nothing feels better than the endorphin rush after a sick workout
