Max DNP per dose

What is the most DNP you'll take per dose? I don't mean per day, but per single administration? For example, if I were to bump from 500/day to 750/day, would it be proper to take 2 caps (500mg) at once in the morning, and then a third (250) in the afternoon? Or should all three be spread apart?

I take a 300mg cap @ 5:00p.m. and another at 8:00p.m. Those are the times that animal suggest in his dnp manual.

You should spread them out. You never want to take more than 300mgs of dnp at once. i am on now and have been spreading it out 800mgs, taking 200mgs every 6 hours. Keeps me in a fatburning mode and keeps me from feeling crappy at all. Turns out that i have a high tolerance but the night sweats are a bitch!

It's powder, and I weigh 250. I wish I had a domestic crystal source...

So far, I sweat decently but my overall weight really isn't changing. I'm adding 1-AD for anti-catabolism, and lipderm-Y, which is an antidiuretic, so these might account for the unchanged weight...I hope...(my source's first batch of DNP was impotent, and he sent replacements. I'm optimistic that they'll work)

I would not advise ANYONE to ever take more than 400mgs at one time.DNP is not a drug that harbors margin of error,you screw up and it can bury you alive.It is also the most awesome fat burner on the planet,bar none.

To answer your question i am currently at 230 lbs as of last night after my leg workout. i am using the powdered form of dnp that i got from a well known uk source with a lot of dnp knowledge. i love this shit. Sweating like crazy and holding a lot of water but can't wait till about 4 days after i come off so that i can see the actual fat loss. think that i'll try this next time with some yohimbiburn.

Haqve any of you ever used DNP and NOT seen weight change while "on," because of water retention? My weight is changing very little at 500mg a day (and up to 750 this weekend), and I wondered if it's due to water, Lipoderm-Y antidiuretic, or 1-AD I use to prevent catabolism on the cutting cycle.

Yes,I have ran it where I thought I wasn't losing shit,then all of the sudden when I go off,that 8 lbs of water retention is gone and I am left stunned.
