What is the pros and cons on the effects of marijuana and your workout?

Lou and Arnold use to smoke in the gym during their workouts
 
smoking before a workout...fuck i would lose my focus..

but other times-it will increase ur appetite..
 
read from someguy, when he smoked before training his mind muscle link was stronger and had better workouts.

i personally wouldnt get off the bed
 
Im training for competion and i smoke a night to calm down. all the tren, masteron, winny and all the shit im taking jacks me up and the weed keeps me level headed, calm. 1 mg xanax before bed also, I sleep like a baby. just two tokes of some purple's and Im all set.
 
the effect would be different for everybody I would say, but from personal experience smokin before a workout, put the headphones on and I was good to go. Never lost focus.
